SHIPPING:
How long does processing take before orders are shipped?
Processing time for an order is 2-5 business days.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping usually takes from 3 to 10 business days for your order to arrive depending on the shipping option that you choose. Due to COVID, delivery times may take longer.
What methods of shipping do you use?
Orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail depending on weight.
Orders will be shipped to the address that you, the customer, enter during checkout. Please make sure to double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We will not be responsible for any wrong shipping address that is entered in by a customer.
Where do you ship to?
Currently we ship to all 50 states and Puerto Rico. You may experience longer delivery times when shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.
What are your shipping rates?
Shipping charges are calculated automatically at the time of checkout through USPS.
How can I track my order?
Once your Beautiful Brûlée candles have been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
RETURN POLICY:
We do not accept returns. We take great care in crafting the highest quality Coconut•Soy candles available. Slight variations from candle to candle are considered a part of the unique handcrafted process and are to be expected. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 5 days of receipt of merchandise to resolve the issue at info@beautifulbrulee.com. Any unauthorized cancellations, refused orders or returns will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee + all freight charges.
What if I receive a damage product or the wrong item?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will replace products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to us within 5 days of delivery with a full description to info@beautifulbrulee.com.

What is the best way to extend the life of my candle?
When burning your candle for the first time, let it burn until the entire surface layer of wax is melted. After burning, trim the candle wicks to ensure that any ashes and burnt parts of the wicks are thoroughly removed.
Are your candles clean and do you test on animals?
All of our candles are Clean-Burning, Non-Toxic, Eco-Friendly, Paraben, Paraffin, & Phthalate Free 100% Coconut•Soy wax luxury scented candles. We also do not test on animals. All of our candles are Cruelty-Free and Vegan.
What size room is best for a 9oz candle?
Based on our burn test results, we have found that a 9oz candle is perfect for a medium to large size room, such as a bathroom, bedroom, living room, or home office. If you desire to burn it in a even larger rooms, such as those with high ceilings, 2, 9oz candles may be needed.
What size room is best for a 5oz travel size candle?
Based on our burn test results, we have found that a 5oz travel size candle is perfect for smaller rooms, such as as guest bathrooms, home office, laundry rooms, and bedroom.
